Joe is a Professional Golf Teachers Association of America Master Teaching Professional and a Lynn Blake Certified Alignment Golf Instructor. Joe is an Assistant Coach with the Peters Township High School Golf Program. He is a lead instructor with the KJGA Junior Golf Schools and offers private lessons.

J.R. Pond, PGA/LBCI Certified
J.R. has over 20 years’ experience as a golf professional. J.R. is the former Head Professional at Lone Pine CC in Washington, PA. and is currently the Internship Coordinator for the California University of PA Professional Golf Management program. JR also has a degree in Exercise Physiology and leads our strength, fitness, and nutrition programs. He is a lead instructor with the KJGA Junior Golf Schools and offers private lessons.

Dr. Jim Croushore, B.S., M.A., Ed.D. / LBCI Certified
Dr. Jim has over 25 years experience in the mental side of golf, counseling, recruiting, academic assistance, golf coaching, and working as a professional caddy. He has a B.S. in Psychology, An M.A. in Counselor Education, and an Ed.D. in Interdisciplinary Leadership. Dr. Jim is available to assist any of our players in mindset training, goal-setting, recruiting, and academic support. Dr. Jim offers both online and in-person sessions and can tailor a program to fit the specific needs of any student.
